Doyle Executive is a Canberra based, boutique recruitment agency, specialising in the recruitment of intermediate level degree qualified Accountants, through to Partner and CFO level for Government, Commercial Organisations, Not-For-Profits and Chartered firms.

We’re a modern, progressive agency with a very clear focus on our niche and a belief that the best way to truly add value is by being genuine, approachable and transparent with everyone we do business with. 

Andrew has been a specialist in Canberra’s Accounting and Finance market for over 15 years, having commenced his recruitment career with Hudson, before later moving to HJB. Andrew eventually ran HJB’s Executive Accounting practice in Canberra and was consistently ranked in the top 10% of HJB’s consultants nationally, at times holding the number one ranking for Australia.

 In June 2013 Andrew made the decision to open Doyle Executive, having long held the belief that our clients and Candidates deserve more from us as an industry and that Canberra required an agency dedicated solely to recruitment of qualified Accountants. Doyle Executive remains Canberra’s only specialist Accounting recruitment agency.

To date the overwhelming majority (a little over 70%) of Andrew’s placement’s come from referred Candidates or specific recommendations from within his network.

He is married to his significantly better half, Mehri.
